The Significant Contributions of Bruno Fagali in the Judicial System of Brazil

Bruno Fagali is one of the admirable leaders of the legal system in Brazil. He is specialized primarily in anti-corruption law, administrative law, Electoral law, compliance and public law. Bruno Fagali graduated from his academic journey with a Master’s Degree in Law of the State that was earned from the Faculty of Law based in the University of São Paulo.

Bruno Fagali proceeded towards establishing a prominent career in Brazil’s legal system in January 2006. It was then that he secured a position as an Intern at the Office Model Dom Paulo Evaristo Arns situated in the São Paulo region of Brazil. There, he intensified his expertise in dealing with matters that involve civil law, procedural law, family law, domestic violence and consumer law.

Next, he moved onto serving the role of an Intern at Manesco, Ramires, Perez, Azevedo Marques, Law Firm for a year, after which he fulfilled the responsibilities of an Intern again at Tojal, Teixeira Ferreira, Serrano & Renault Associate Lawyers. These two roles of an Intern had allowed him to gather valuable experiences within the fields of public advisory law, especially focusing on bidding, regulatory law, and administrative contracts.

In the May of 2002, he acquired the responsibilities of a professional Lawyer at Radi, Calil and Associados advocacia. There, he performed specialized services in Public Law and Litigation. His experiences here particularly enhanced his additional experiences with the administrative appeal, writ of mandamus and presenting clients or cases before the Public Prosecutor and Courts of Accounts.

Bruno Fagali is the current Corporate Integrity Manager of New / sb. He has been fulfilling his role since the December of 2015. His work involves designing, enforcing and controlling the compliance (Corporate Integrity Program) within this advertising firm. Fagali was hired and funded by the Founding Partner of the agency, Bob Vieira da Costa for the Corporate Integrity Program with investments of up to R $500 thousand. This was done to enhance reliability and increase transparency within the agency’s offered services. Bruno Fagali also manages his own legal firm, the FAGALI law firm that was established in July 2016. He practices as a lawyer within the firm as well.
