Watermelon is naturally a classic fruit for summer, and this summer is no exception, but why not try it in a different way? But this year, instead of simply sautéing or grilling your summer squash, why not try using it as a replacement for noodles in your favorite pasta dishes? Simply purchase an inexpensive spiralizer and turn that squash into pasta.
Tomatoes are a favorite for many home gardeners, and you can find them in all different shapes and sizes. You will naturally get a lot of them in your garden. To eat, throw them in your salad, grill them or eat them with fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
